To ensure security and convenience for all clients, Kawan Tuntas operates on a fair billing policy:

50% Deposit System

For any orders exceeding Rp 150,000, you only need to pay a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining 50% is paid after we show you screenshots of the completed edits.

Phased Payments Contracts

For longer theses or dissertations that are developed over months, we can arrange chapter-by-chapter contracts and split payments according to milestones.

We support bank transfers (BCA, BNI, SeaBank, Jago), e-wallets (Gopay, Dana, ShopeePay), and QRIS.

Pricing FAQ

How are pages counted for language services?
We only count main thesis pages (Chapter 1 to Chapter 5/6). Administrative sections (title, approvals, acknowledgments) and final appendices are excluded from billing unless they require editing.
Can the price change from the initial estimate?
Yes, but we always confirm any changes beforehand. Once you submit a draft, we perform a pre-review. If it requires significantly less or more work than usual, we will send an adjusted final offer. Work only begins after you approve the price.
Are revisions covered by the price?
Yes. Every technical formatting package includes 2 free rounds of minor revisions within 3 days of delivery. Minor revisions cover correcting any layout errors or formatting oversights.
Do you have a refund policy?
If we suffer severe delays without warning you, you can request a discount or partial refund. Full refunds are issued if we fail to deliver the formatted document by the agreed final deadline.
