Submit Your Draft
Fill the Order Form & Upload Document
Use the interactive order form on our homepage to upload your thesis file (accepted formats: `.docx`, `.doc`, `.rtf`, or `.pdf`). Fill in your page count, estimated deadline, and select the package that fits your timeline.
Initial Pre-Review
Document Evaluation & Quotation
Our editing team performs a brief 15-30 minute pre-review of your file to evaluate the layout complexity (number of tables, formatting errors, etc.). We will then contact you via WhatsApp with a final quote, delivery timeframe, and any applicable discount options.
Pay 50% Deposit
Confirm Order & Start Editing
Once you agree to the final quote, you can pay a 50% deposit (for orders above Rp 150,000) via bank transfer or QRIS. Once the deposit is confirmed, your project is officially assigned to an editor and work begins.
Professional Formatting & Editing
Precision Editing According to Guidelines
Our editors will adjust your manuscript's margins, line spacing, font face, layout section breaks, page numbers, tables, figures, headings, and bibliography. If you selected a Language package, we will also proofread for grammar and typos.
Review & Balance Payment
Quality Review & Settlement
When the edits are complete, we will send you screenshots or a short video walkthrough demonstrating the formatted thesis (including the functional table of contents). Once you confirm the layout looks correct, you pay the remaining 50% balance.
Final Delivery & Revisions
File Handover & Post-delivery Guarantee
We deliver the finalized `.docx` document (and `.pdf` copy if requested) to your WhatsApp or email. All packages include a post-delivery guarantee, covering up to 2 rounds of minor layout adjustments within 3 days based on advisor feedback.

What is Covered
Our free guarantee covers fixing any margins or headings missed in the initial run, correcting table borders or cutoffs, resetting pagination issues, or correcting typos that were overlooked.
What is NOT Covered
The free guarantee does not cover major changes to document content (e.g. adding new sections, replacing entire datasets), rewording arguments, or revisions requested more than 3 days after final delivery.
