Our service is purely technical: layout formatting, style alignment, and language proofreading. The original research content and academic arguments remain your intellectual property and responsibility.

We guarantee complete confidentiality. Your research papers, datasets, and methods will never be shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. All drafts uploaded to our platform are permanently deleted from our internal storage within 14 days after the project is completed.

Technical formatting covers setting margins, line spacing, font face & sizes, paragraph indents, heading presets, automatic Table of Contents, automatic lists of tables and figures, page number placement (center bottom vs top right based on section breaks), and table alignments.

Yes, we do. While our specialty is UNESA's specific guidelines, we accept styling manuals from other Indonesian universities (UNAIR, ITS, UINSA, etc.) or specific journal publication guidelines. Please upload your university's formatting guide when consulting with our team on WhatsApp.

Basic Proofreading: Focuses on typo corrections, capitalization, punctuation, spelling, and standardizing vocabulary according to KBBI.
Premium Proofreading: Includes all Basic features plus sentence re-phrasings to resolve wordiness, ambiguity, or awkward phrasing. We return files with Microsoft Word's *Track Changes* active so you can review each revision.

Our core team specializes in academic Indonesian. However, we have a network of student partners in the English Language Education department who can assist with English abstract and article proofreading. Please reach out to verify editor availability.

For orders over Rp 150,000, you pay a 50% deposit upfront to initiate work. Once the edits are complete, we will show you screenshots or a video walkthrough of the formatted manuscript. The remaining 50% balance is due before we deliver the final files.

Every technical editing order includes 2 free rounds of minor layout revisions. The revision window is 3 days (72 hours) after file delivery. Any advisor layout adjustments requested during this timeframe will be handled free of charge.
